The Chalet is beautiful and Ben, Ellie, Richard & Alice are a fantastic team. I’m definitely going to be attempting some of the delicious recipes although I’m sure my cooking won’t be anywhere near as mouthwatering!!!

Sorry for the delay in writing to you, we had an excellent journey back but getting back to routine has proved very difficult and not surprising after the amazing holiday we have just had.
It had been my aspiration to organise a ski holiday for my friends and family for a long time but my total lack of organisational skills meant that it was always an unaccomplished feat. That is until Lisa so wonderfully guided and actually just got on and sorted it all out for us. Lisa, all the pre-holiday arranging you did was truly appreciated and without it we would have floundered so thank you for your patience.
As for the holiday itself; the welcome and the tremendous hospitality that you, Richard, Alice, Ben, Ellie, Molly and Jack bestowed on us was way beyond the call of duty and was core to how much we enjoyed ourselves. You have an amazing eye for detail and we were not left wanting for anything. Thank you.
Judy was a real star to accommodate our revised childcare needs at the last minute. You have attracted very capable and willing staff that were only to eager to please; we even enjoyed Ben’s fabulous musical talent one evening. As you know many of our party were those who had not skied before, they are all smitten with the activity. However I fear the combination of the amazing skiing conditions and the luxury and ambience (particularly its homeliness) of the chalet have spoilt them all for their future experiences…

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you all again for making our holiday last week so fantastic. We had an awesome time and, whilst of course the snow had something to do with it, the chalet was absolutely perfect. Everything slotted into place and it was spot-on for what we needed. It was potentially going to be a bit tricky being a family on our own with a big group of established Panoramic-goers there, but that was always going to be a risk, and thankfully it worked out fine, the added bonus being the kids getting on famously. I appreciated your efforts to let me know when I first contacted you about the ages of the other children, that was an excellent bit of detail that really made a difference.
Your staff are absolutely brilliant, Gary and I reckon you must pay them well!!! They were so impressive, nothing seemed too much trouble and they worked so hard, they didn’t seem to stop! We’ve never experienced that in “youngsters” (I am sounding old) working in ski resorts before. The chalet atmosphere was like one big family. Ben’s piano-playing and singing was great, and it was such a treat for the kids to have a performance on the last night. I said it all in the Visitor’s Book, but I just loved every aspect of the chalet and what you do. The food was amazing and it is really awful to have to come back to shopping, thinking up ideas for meals, cooking, and clearing up again!!!!! The kids loved their special teas – every meal was one of our kids’ favourites – George is normally a terrible eater but I don’t think we had one meal that he didn’t eat last week! high praise from him!

A huge thank you for looking after us so well last week – we all had such a good time. The food, chalet, location were just perfect. And, please Richard add some more recipes to the web site! Particularly the wonderful feta bread we had on Friday evening. Hope very much to come back again.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Simon, Richard, Alice, Ben, Ellie and of course yourself for making our recent stay at your chalet such an enjoyable and relaxing one.We had a fantastic holiday and found the chalet to be very comfortable and child friendly. The food was superb and it was a real shock to come home and have to think about cooking again ! Thank you for organising the ski lessons and child care you made it a very easy holiday and we hope we can return again next year. Enjoy the rest of the season.

Just a very quick thank you for looking after us all so well last week. We had a fabulous holiday. Your chalet is magnificent – a true ski in/ski out. The food was fabulous, each and every meal was delicious. We really looked forward to the evenings after a long day on the slopes. I couldn’t fault the holiday at all but the one thing that really stood out from other chalets was the cheerfulness and helpful attitude of all the staff.We are seasoned chalet goers and Chalet Panoramic is by far the best we have come across. I would recommend it to anyone.

Corinne, Oscar, Anya and I had a fabulous time last week, despite the bruises. We loved the chalet, the staff, the food and drink, the location and the company… couldn’t fault it, and we’ll definitely be back soon. I’ve got slight withdrawal symptoms from skiing and cheese!

We had a lovely week and please pass on our thanks to Alice, Richard, Ben and Ellie, who we thought were really special and worked so very hard and always with a smile no matter how tired they were or how demanding we were. Just wanted to let you know we arrived home safely after a wonderful week with you last week.
We all had an absolutely fantastic time, the chalet and Rich and Alice along with Ben and Ellie were all brilliant and far better than our greatest expectations.
Harry had a marvellous time and really enjoyed mixing with the other Children. All in all we were very sad to leave

Just had a little peep at the new website. We are joining you in a couple of weeks for what will be our 6th time at Le Panoramic.
Having been introduce to the chalet pre children we loved the location near the lifts and being very close to the lively village and of course the excellent skiing. However, two children on we are asked by friends “why go back to the same chalet and resort ” Its easy to answer “why gamble when you are assured of a excellent holiday in all respects” !
It is reassuring to see a website that’s so true to life – the only thing you are missing is the warmth of welcome and the smell of the lovely baking!
