In a word; awesome. La Clusaz has arisen triumphantly from a nights downpour of snow. A crisp 80cm of the stuff adorns the village which is slowly reclaiming its drives and roads.
The glorious die-hards were up early with ski equipment and determination as they climbed the mountain to be rewarded with an untouched, soft, thigh deep decent to the village.
Personally, I’m prepared to wait for the lifts to open!! And open they shall! I have just read that the range of Balme will be open this weekend! To the boot room!!
